Does this sound like you?

You have a genuine desire to grow in your prayer life. You know how important it is. You've felt the difference on the days you actually do it - the peace, the clarity, the sense that you started your day grounded in something that matters.

But life is full. And somewhere between the alarm going off and everything that needs your attention, prayer is the thing that keeps getting pushed to later. Later becomes tomorrow. Tomorrow becomes next week. And the gap between the woman you want to be and the one showing up every day starts to feel a little wider.

It's not that you're bad aprayer. It's a lack of a simple, sustainable system - one that works on the easy mornings and the hard ones. One that meets you exactly where you are.

That's exactly what the P.R.A.Y. Method gives you.

STEP ONE

Praise

Start by acknowledging who God is.

Pause to remember His character, His goodness, His faithfulness, and His presence in your life. Let gratitude soften your heart and open the conversation.

STEP TWO

Repent

Reflect honestly on where you’ve been struggling, whether in your thoughts, habits, or the moments where you drifted.

Repentance is not about shame; it is about returning.

Write with honesty and let God meet you with grace.

STEP THREE

Ask

Bring your needs, questions, and desires before Him.

Nothing is too small or too heavy for God.
This is where you ask for clarity, strength, provision, healing, or simply the courage for today.

STEP FOUR

Yield

End by surrendering everything you wrote in trust.

Yielding is choosing God’s way over your own, releasing control, and allowing your heart to rest in His plans.

Let this be your moment of peace, a quiet yes to whatever God leads.

Cheri, founder of So She Prayed

Hi, I'm Cheri

After years of struggling with my prayer life, I realized two things:

One.

When life gets loud, even the most faith-filled women can find themselves sitting in silence, not knowing where to begin. We open our hearts, but the words don't come. We bow our heads, but our minds drift. We want to connect with God, but we don't have a structure that holds us.

Two.

Struggling to stay consistent doesn't mean you don't love God. It means you're human. It means you're a woman carrying a full life — responsibilities, relationships, and the weight of showing up for everyone around you. Your heart is willing.

You just need a place to start.

And I knew if I was struggling — a woman who genuinely wanted to pray, who loved God and wanted more of Him — I wasn't alone.

"I knew there were women just like me sitting in the same guilt, the same cycle of starting and stopping, wondering why something so sacred felt so hard."

So when a simple method changed my prayer life, I knew I had to share it with other women — and that's what led me to create So She Prayed.

Here is what happens when you find your rhythm:

  • Prayer becomes your first response instead of your last resort.
  • You start hearing God more clearly in the decisions that matter most.
  • The guilt lifts — and gets replaced with confidence.
  • The people around you notice something different about your peace.
  • You stop feeling spiritually stuck and start feeling spiritually grounded.
  • You finally become the woman of prayer you've always known you could be.

But Here's Where Most Women Get Stuck:

At this point many women think: "Great. I'll just remember those four steps."

And for a few days, they do. Then life gets busy. The framework gets fuzzy. The habit disappears. And they find themselves right back at the beginning.

Knowing the framework isn't the breakthrough. Using it consistently is.

That's why the journal + app exists.

Imagine Your Prayer Life 90 Days From Now

Spiritual consistency isn't built on motivation. It's built on rhythm.

Instead of wondering what to say when you pray...

You'll have a simple routine that helps you show up each day with confidence.

Small, intentional prayers become a deeper relationship with God.

The 90-Day Experience is built around four principles that help prayer become a natural part of your day:

Consistency Over Intensity

Lasting spiritual growth comes from showing up daily, not chasing emotional highs.

Surrender Is the Missing Piece

Prayer becomes more peaceful when you stop trying to control every outcome.

Structure Without Striving

A simple framework removes the pressure of figuring out what to pray every day.

Rhythm Becomes Identity

The habits you practice consistently shape the woman you're becoming.

This is how prayer moves from occasional to consistent—and how faith becomes formed, not forced.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is So She Prayed?

So She Prayed is a 90 day guided journal for women who want a real, consistent prayer life — not just good intentions.

At the heart of it is the So She Prayed Journal, a 90-day guided prayer experience built around the P.R.A.Y. method — Praise, Repent, Ask, Yield. Just five to ten minutes a day, with every prompt already written so you never have to wonder where to start.

Every Journal purchase gets access to the companion app, weekly companion guides delivered to their inbox, and the Prayer Hub — a private community of women showing up for God together.

How is this different from other prayer journals?

It removes the blank page problem. Most women want to pray more but don't know where to start. The P.R.A.Y. method gives them a framework every single day, so they never have to figure it out on their own.

It's a whole ecosystem, not just a journal. The journal, the app, the weekly devotionals, the community — everything works together to keep a woman consistent. It's not one tool; it's a full support system.

The community is real. It's not just a Facebook group. It's women who are actively in the same journey, showing up together.

It was built for real life. Five to ten minutes a day. No perfection required. The devotionals, the app, and the community are all there for support when life gets loud.

The commitment builds the habit. A subscription isn't just about savings — it's a decision to keep going. That accountability is part of what makes it work.
